Crux Australis is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 31941) addressing the age old issues of interpersonal aggression and violence. We offer Nationally Recognised Qualifications (i.e. the Certificate III in Aggressive Behaviour Management), units of competency (i.e. HLTCSD306B Deal with difficult & challenging behaviour) and non-accredited training (i.e. our HEALTH SAFE course).

Whilst our company is new, the team behind it have extensive experience in prevention and management of violence and aggression, training product development and expert evidence. In short, we have built Australia’s premier advisory service on dealing with occupational violence and personal safety issues.

Crux Australis is a wholly Australian owned organisation and our name and logo reflects this. The company name, Crux Australis, is Latin for Southern Cross. We believe this reflects our innovative and pragmatic Aussie approach to solving problems, without undue recourse to electronic technology.
